Dairy Free and Missing Your Yogurt?


Since I have gone dairy free, I have missed yogurt as a quick snack and great source of protein. I recently found So Delicious Cultured Almond Milk and Coconut Milk at a Whole Foods in the Los Angeles area. Yum! Each is Greek yogurt style and gives a slightly different texture, so try both to see which one you like best. I found the Cultured Almond Milk Strawberry flavor to be my favorite. So Delicious Cultured Almond Milk and Coconut Milk is a great quick snack for the course, field, or court.
