Located in the old barn at Reynolda Village in Winston Salem, NC, Silo Deli Wine and Cheese is a great place for sandwiches and small plates. It does not have a gluten free menu, but they recently added gluten free bread as an option for the sandwiches. They carry Udi's Gluten Free Whole Grain Bread (Allergen Notice: Udi's contains Corn, so I order my sandwich without bread).
Everything I have had at Silo is good. It focuses on farm to table and local produce. The menu is somewhat limited for gluten free, but with the addition of the gluten free bread, more options are available. Also, each sandwich can be ordered without bread for a more protein style meal. As far as salads, I like the caprese salad.
Silo has great outside seating and can be quite busy on warm days. It also has a good selection of wines and crafted beers. Mondays are half price wine night. Silo is open for lunch and dinner everyday except Sunday, where it closes at 4pm. Be sure to check it out.
